Payment terms are subject to agreement, with credit extending up to a maximum of 30 days in some cases. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payment. For your added security, we use encrypted payment systems on our website so no clear text copies of your credit card number are transmitted over the internet.
We know you will be pleased with our proprietary products! We even give you 30 days to make up your mind. If you are not satisfied with any of our stainless steel ash receptacles, just call us within the 30 days and we will collect them free of charge. For return requests after 30 days, a written Return Authorization is required.
For all our bins and our range of Smoking Signs, you are liable for return shipping and a 15% Restocking Fee will be applied. For return requests after 30 days, a written Return Authorization is required.
Unfortunately, due to their unique nature, we are unable to accept returns of our Smoking Shelters or customized products, unless there is a defect in manufacturing present.
No Butts Bins products have varying warranties. The No Butts Bin stainless steel products (model #'s NBB01, NBM01, CB01, TBH01, FLT01 and HDD01 all have lifetime warranty against corrosion and lock failure. All other products have a one year limited warranty from date of shipment. The products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is limited to the repair or exchange, at our option, of any No Butts Bin product that is defective.
In keeping with some of our best client’s wishes, there is no minimum order value or quantity.
No Butts Bins Co. responsibility for the shipment of merchandise ends when the carrier accepts the products. The customer must file claims for noticeable or hidden damage or shortages directly with the carrier. The filing of such a claim in no way alters the terms of payment due. All claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, second day).
All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Most items will be sent UPS. Our Smoking Shelters are larger and heavier and will therefore ship by truck.
Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. In the event of LTL damages we follow the NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) laws that are regulated by the Federal Government.
